    Is it possible to turn on Canada Post rates, regardless of where the store is located? The store I’m trying to set up has locations in both US and Canada, and they ship to Canadian addresses from the Canada location.
    So we would like to see the Canadian rates too, rather than just international.

    Is there another plugin that can do Canadian rates? Thank!

    Hi Marcy!

    USPS is only available for US based stores & Canada post is only available for Canada based stores.

    WooCommerce can only read one store location. If you’re shipping from multiple locations, WooCommerce can’t factor that in. You may want to consider a drop shipping extension like this one: https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-dropshipping/

    Thank you for letting me know about only one shipping method being available – either USPS OR Canada Post, but not both.

    The setup instructions for Woocommerce Services should be updated to indicate this.
    It’s the Live Shipping Rate section, Step 2 here:

    The image shows both methods available at the same time. This isn’t the case for me, and you confirm that.

    Setting up shipping is difficult enough without leaving important info out of the instructions.

    As a feature suggestion, it would be nice if Woocommerce Services add a field for a shipping location zip code or postal code, as I’ve seen in other plugins.

    Hi Marcy,

    Thanks for the feedback. I’ve put in a request to modify our docs so they are clear that only one of the options should show up depending on the shop location.

    Also this text in the plugin description page needs to be edited:
    SHOW LIVE RATES FOR USPS AND CANADA POST

    Show your customers accurate shipping rates automatically for both USPS, the largest delivery network in the US, and Canada Post.

    The “both USPS…” needs to be EITHER USPS…
