Canada Post Rates are way over priced

    Hello,

    I’ve set up the weight L x W x H of the product and used only 1 in my checkout as a test and it came to $24 for regular parcel.. I used Canada post ship and click system with the same specs and the regular parcel cost is $10.. Is this not up to date?

    Checking again using Xpresspost and I am seeing a $7 difference even when selecting all the options from Canada posts website… This wouldn’t be an issue if the customer didn’t have direct access to double check the shipping costs themselves. Last thing anyone wants are complaints about over priced shipping.

    I’m sorry you’re experiencing issues with Canada Post rating.

    Can you share the dimensions and weight of your product? Origin/Destination post codes are also helpful for troubleshooting.

    I reinstalled the plugin and it seems to have corrected the problem… I don’t understand why it’s working now since I have reinstalled yesterday also.
