Hi there,
I’m sorry to hear of the troubles here! WooCommerce Services should definitely include the option to add Canada Post as a shipping method. Can you verify that you’ve successfully connected to Jetpack?
Thanks!

Thanks for replying laceyrod,
Yes, I am confirming that Jetpack is indeed connected.
In the Packages settings tab, displays only two stacked areas,
the top is Custom Packages where I could define packages/boxes, and just below that is
“Predefined Packages” where I could define:
USPS Priority Mail Boxes … and
USPS Priority Mail Express Boxes
That’s all.. no Canada Post… unless I’m looking in the wrong area.
Back to you…

Hi again!
My apologies, as I misunderstood your original question and thought you weren’t even able to add it as a shipping method 🙂
Predefined Packages are only offered via USPS and not Canada Post with WooCommerce Services at this time, but you should be able to create your own custom packages.
I’m sorry for any confusion this might have caused you!

no problems at all. I understand. I was misinformed by the woo rep… No worries, I don’t expect reps to know everything… as long as there is a solution… custom packages… I’m good to go.
Thanks again for the quick response.
