 * Hi Mike,
 * I have installed the plugin, entered Canada Post API username and password and
   enabled the shipping method.
 * However, Canada Post shipping cost does not seem to show up when I proceed to
   the checkout.
 * Am I supposed to have no Shipping Zones created so it all gets sorted out by 
   Canada Post automatically?
 * Please advise.
