Canada Per Province Taxes NOT WORKING

    I have store which sells fitness training and manuals across Canada, and I have the store setup to calculate taxes based off of the shipping address, but it will only calculate the first one I set. I have set different rates for each province as they all have different taxes on goods. I need some help with this asap!
