Can you share homepage through link? Redirection after?

Can I set this up to share a homepage link, regardless of what page it’s being clicked on? (I want to set this to a “thank you” page after a form, but I don’t want people to link back to the thank you page, I want it to link back to the main homepage.)

Also, after the link is shared can I set a redirection link to a separate page?
