Can you run this on two seperate wordpress installs?

    I recently installed feedwordpress to two WP installs on the same webhost, hostmonster, and the new site seems to have incorporated posts from the other blog. I’m using the feedwordpress filter content plugin as well to make the imported content unique to the blog. Can this be fixed or do I need to use another feed plugin?
