can you register a group using this plugin

I need something similar. I have an event with multiple classes to choose from, but I need to track who registers for each class. I currently have the registration set to only allow one registration per person, but if I have a couple who are paying on the same card, but dont want the same classes they have to make two different registrations. I would like to register multiple people in one registration, but still see the individuals name and what classes they select.
