Can you reccomend a ratings dashboard?

I’m a little new to WP but I want to start a blog in which I share my reviews and ratings of movies, games, books, etc. I’d like it to have a dashboard at the top of my blog which keeps a top 10 sort of list so that when I post a new review and it gets say 10 stars it goes to the top of the dash, while a 2 star review goes to the bottom or even drops off the top 10 list.

Is there a plugin available which you can suggest for this?
