    Love this Plug-in. If you go to my example page listed above you will see that I have a number of posts listed. I have set the “Featured Image” so the image will show on the Display Post list. Is there a way to define where the image will show? One way would be to have the image center and all the text show below. Another would be to Left Justify the image and have all the text show to the right. I would appreciate any help on either of those solutions. I am using Elementor with OceanWP theme.

    Thanks for any help.

  • If you look at this page, you will see a second copy of the list. This is done with another Plug-in. Is it possible to get this look with yours? I like your many options better.

    I think display-posts image_size=”medium” wrapper=”div” will give you a better layout even without customizing with CSS.

    This plugin does not include styling, so all styling is determined by your theme.

    You can add additional CSS to your theme’s stylesheet or in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

    This CSS will center the image with all the text below:

    `

    .display-posts-listing .image {
    display: block;
    margin-bottom: 16px;
    text-align: center;
    }
    `

    And this will float the image to the left of the content:

    `
    .display-posts-listing .listing-item {
    overflow: hidden;
    width: 100%;
    }

    .display-posts-listing .image {
    float: left;
    margin: 0 16px 16px;
    }
    `

    Another approach is to use template parts in your theme so that the post listings match your theme’s styling. This is what I do for most of my clients. Here’s a tutorial: https://www.billerickson.net/template-parts-with-display-posts-shortcode/

    Thank you so much Bill, I appreciate the options.
