Can you please tell me what are the changes made in version 1.3.2

I am using version 1.3.1 and have made some changes in the plugin’s file directly. Files are – (i)dw-question-list.php and (ii)question-submit-form.php.
Now I want to update to 1.3.2 so I want to know where the changes has been made. It’ll will be kind if I hear from the author. Or will it be OK if I didn’t update (if no security issues).
