    can you email customers saying product they ordered is unavailable. If they’d like to choose from one of the other products or some custom text?

    Did you try the “Stock Notifier for WooCommerce” plugin? Whatever you are looking for, is not the core feature of this plugin. Through this plugin, any user can request an out-of-stock product and as soon as the product is in stock, the user will get a message on his WhatsApp or SMS. If the vendor wants, he can write a custom message and send it to him. Currently, we don’t have your expected features.
