Can you make it seperate from BP Groups?

    Hello, I love this plugin!! Thank you a lot!

    But can you make it so it doesn’t require BP Groups? Right now plugin breaks site unless group module is activated. I don’t have a use for groups in my site (only friend connections) and have to hide all group meta with css which is not good.

    Is this possible? Or maybe there is some simple code I can change to make it not be required?

    I need to run some tests but maybe you can help, the code to adapt is located in /wp-content/plugins/bp-checkins/includes/bp-checkins-component.php
    1/ simply delete line 53 which contains (see in trunk) :
    'includes/bp-checkins-group-class.php',

    2/ Then at line 57 (it should be 56 after you deleted line 53), simply add this code :

    if( bp_id_active( 'groups' ) )
     $includes[]='includes/bp-checkins-group-class.php'

    The point 2/ is not necessary for your config, but it’s the way i’ll handle config that activated groups.

    Hope it’ll help, as soon as i finished my test, i will post an upgrade of this plugin.

    version 1.1 corrects this bug.
