can you install blog on DESKTOP, in order to customize CSS WITHOUT logging in??

    Basically, I downlo0aded a theme I would like to use as a template.. And I am now customizing the CSS in order for it to function the way I would like.

    However, editing the CSS in the “Edit Presentation” section of the control panel is very inefficient. As I have tp update many times, and stop to check I’m doing it right.

    Can you somehow install WordPress on your local machine/desktop, and set up the folders so you can just edit the themes CSS file in Dreamweaver??

    This would really help me work much quicker.

    You should install a local server and install WP on it. You can pretty much do whatever you can do on a live server. My favorite is XAMPP.
