Great plugin! Is there any way to have the buttons turned off on pages or posts by default? Looks like the option is always checked in the metabox on existing posts/pages. Thanks!

Settings > AddToAny > Placement > uncheck “Display at the [bottom] of pages”

That disables the standard sharing buttons on pages. The “Show sharing buttons” metabox option will remain checked (because it applies globally to floating share buttons, etc.), but the standard share buttons won’t display on pages.

A future plugin update will address that metabox and provide more intuitive options. 🙂

Thanks for such a prompt response!

This isn’t working for us, we have the placement options all disabled (we are only using it as a follow widget currently), but the option is still appearing on all post/page edit forms and is enabled by default.

@tincanltd Hi Harry, as mentioned above, the metabox option still appears because it applies globally to all possible share buttons (manually placed, floating, etc.). You can toggle off metaboxes in Screen Options (button in the upper-right of the WordPress editor).
