can you have 1 rss feed for multiple categories

    I have 4 categories and I installed an rss xml code in WP directory. But it seems that I am getting a separate rss feed link for each category I am getting a response in.

    So what I would like is 1 rss feed button , using the one on the browser, to send any new post from any of the 4 categories(topics) that I have defined.

    Can that be done, if so please tell me how. I am new at this and looked for a while but not sure where to fix it.
