Can you block mobile number

    We sell tickets to speed dating. So we need their email and mobile number so when they get a match with someone, we can send them their details. However if we want to ban someone from purchasing more tickets, we want to ban their mobile number. Banning email address is useless cos you can make a new one in seconds. But changing your mobile number just to get into an event is a pain in the ass and i doubt anyone would do that.

    Is there a plugin that will “notify” us or at least block them from purchasing another ticket based on mobile number?
