can WP be placed in subirectory with page urls in home dir?

    I have a Joomla site with WP installed in a subdirectory.

    So WP is at http://www.mysite.com/wp/

    I want to eventually have a pure wp site, but because of the enormous amount of money and time I’ve put in to SEO I don’t want to change page titles or site navigation.

    Is there a way to instruct wp pages to be located in the home directory?
