Can WooCommerce do this

I am searching for the right e-commerce plugin for my needs.

I am selling an Android music score application along with music scores.
The user has to purchase the application and install it before being able to purchase scores.

The user then can purchase scores on the e-commerce site.
However, downloads are done uniquely from within the application.
There are no downloads from the site.
So, once the purchase is done, the application will need to query the server with the users identifier to see if there are any scores to download.

Is this possible with WooCommerce ?
