thanks for asking about some of the Riddle features.
You can absolutely use video in your quiz. We support videos from Youtube and you can specify the start and end time for each clip you add.
We also have a feature where you can send a custom email to the user. But this requires the use of a third party email tool like AWeber for example.

We also have a cool feature that allows you to hide any indication of right or wrong answer while the quiz is taken, then you can gate the answers with a form to collect name and email and lastly show all the correct and wrong answers on the quiz result page.
I am not sure what you mean by rating and feedback in quiz. We do not have a built in rating system as Riddles are supposed to be embedded on your own website or blog so that you could use the feedback / rating / comment tool that you are already using without having to maintain a second one with us.
Lastly, you can create a fully featured account without a credit card and use that for 14 days to try all this out. Even if you don’t sign up for one of our plans after that, anything you create and embed will continue to work on your site.
