    Hi,

    I am trying to iron out any little problems before presenting the Forum to our club tomorrow. We have a problem with the Avatar, I have seen others have also, and that it probably relates to a clash between plugins. As we have a number of plugins which may be the culprit, I am parking that bit of research for now for lack of time.

    Can we please switch off the white circle where the Avatar would be if it would be working, can we hide it, somehow, with a bit of code?

    Please see the two images below to see what I mean. We want the Avatar option switched on, so that the banner from the image shows, but the white circle gone or hidden, to avoid a lot of questions coming from our 200 members.

    Kind regards,
    Marjoline

    Hello @marjoline

    If you want to provide avatar-uploads to your users, I can suggest the following plugin which works fine with Asgaros Forum:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/avatar-manager/

    However, if you want to hide the avatar from the profile section, you can use the following css-code:

    #profile-header .avatar {
        display: none !important;
    }

    Ok, thanks, that code worked, perfect for now.
    We’ll try the Avatar plugin soon on the test site too. But this is good for the presentation tomorrow, thanks again, Asgaros!
