  • We have set up a zendesk form which uses custom fields, some default fields are not used for whatever reason by our client. we have used the Request form for Zendesk and it works within the web we have set up for our client. It works perfect! Except for one issue we ran into. Our client have created a custom field called ‘Naam’ (name). We need to use this field to make sure the ticket fields in Zendesk are filled up similar to tickets coming in via other channels. The problem is the default form we get using the plugin Request form for Zendesk has Your Name field by default. When we add the Zendesk custom fields using the custom field group option we get the field the name field now twice (the Form for zendesk default name field and the custom name field). Is there a way to hide the default field and only show the custom field? the link shows the page, sorry is in Dutch. First field: ‘Je Naam’ is the same as the 4th field ‘Naam’ … so a bit confusing if we start using this 😉
