Can we have real labels on the forms?

    First off, thank you for making this plugin – it’s very helpful for my needs. I do see some room for improvements though.

    The forms are all using placeholder attributes as labels, and don’t actually have any labels associated with them. Not only is this a bad user experience, but it also creates accessibility issues.

    Can we get an update to the plugin to add labels in? I’m happy to contribute to the plugin code myself if you’d like.

    Hi @kimili you can modify by yourself on the form within the plugin code. To prevent overriding in future updates you can place the modification on your theme. Thanks for the suggestion for including it in the base code, I will take into account.
