Also it might be useful to know :
wc-status shows : Daily Cron: Not scheduled
But I`ve made */4 minutes ***** for Cron via CPanel. And it works.
Woocommerce version 7.9.0, because of some custom code configurations.
Checkout works fine, but only progressbar has no activities.

Hi bing4,
thanks for reaching out.
So the progress bar stays at $0 forever, right? Or does it just not update in a timely manner?
Best,
Jonas

Ok, so it seems like the issue is less that the progress bar is not updating and more that the calculation of the revenue is not working as expected. I suspect that your outdated WooCommerce version (and therefore outdated WooCommerce database structure) might have something to do with this. Do you use the high performance order storage?
Could you please also send me the WooCommerce status report so I can investigate?
Best,
Jonas

There is no high performance order storage in Woocommerce version 7.9.0.
Ok, Can I send you the WooCommerce status report via E-mail privately ?

Hi, I am having the same problem with progress bar – it displays 0 constantly even with manually clearing cache in plugin settings. Leaderboard works fine.
Using newest Elementor PRO page builder on newest WP and WOO, and unfortunately I needed to use the snipped that disables doubled donations checks (otherwise donation form did not work on single product template).
Have you guys found a solution to this yet? Or @flinnn can you help me out with the issue (what should I provide for you?)

Hi Adam,
I’ve added this documentation article that outlines some common reasons: https://www.wc-donation.com/documentation/troubleshooting/how-to-fix-the-donation-progress-bar-stuck-at-0/
Can you please check if you have WooCommerce Analytics enabled?
Best,
Jonas
Thank you Jonas, I made it work.
I was using ‘Disable bloat for Woocommerce’ plugin, which turnes off Analitycs.
I think it will be useful to inform users in “getting started” section in your knowledge base not to install any plugins that disables analitics or optimize Woocommerce performance. I am saying this because after deactivating plugin I needed to use Woo tools to clear all the cache, then import historical data to analitics, etc.
Thanks again for the solution and great work on the plugin.
