Can we capture multiple types of signup?

Hi – this is a pre-install question. We’re trying to find a solution that will let users:
a) Sign up for our email list (we’ll export signups to a tool like Constant Contact and send email campaigns periodically) – or
b) Sign up to be notified about new blog posts – or
c) Both a and b

Is it possible to provide users two differently behaved options like this in a single signup form?
