Can this Plugin add aff id to existing links?

    Hi i was wondering if this plugin can add aff id to existing links i have a site that has user generated content people often submit amazon links and others with out aff id or with there own, can this plugin be used to add my id on the fly?

    so any new or existing links for programs i am affiliated with automatically change to mine ?
