Can this be used to prevent cache?

From what I understand, using ajax to call an element will prevent cache (when using plugins such as Super Cache). Can this plugin be used for this purpose?
In other words, if the ajax features were turned off of the whole site, except for certain elements (identified by divs), could this plugin be used to prevent cache of those elements?
If so, this would be a huge benefit. It’s difficult to prevent cache of specific dynamic features on a WordPress site when using cache plugins.
If this plugin will do this, I’d be happy to purchase the pro version. Please let me know.
