Can the post pages be customized in Sg windows like the pages can?

Can someone please explain how to customize the sidebar and column layouts in a post?

In the child theme layout builder of SG Windows I need to make the posts very simple, a single full width page with a header and a footer but I cant figure out how to do it. I can customize the pages somewhat but I cant figure out how to customize the posts.
