Can someone show me how to setup Email Link

What i wanted is how to setup the plugin to just get the name and email, then send them the email template which contains the a link from our website where we show all files for download.
We dont need a file attachd to be downloaded, rather an email with link only.
How do we go about this? I have searched support already, cant find one.
