Can Someone Please Help This Illiterate?

Hi. I downloaded WP because it looks like the best blog software I’ve seen. I want it to operate off the server that hosts my site. My webhost only allows 1 database (you can get more but you have to pay for them…..OK, I’m cheap). Anyway, this install stuff is way over my head. Can someone either walk this dunce through it real slow, or perhaps install it for me? Thanks.
