Can someone please create my site for me?

I have no idea what to do… most of this stuff might as well be in a foreign language. I do not know the first step and get frustrated way too quickly. All I know is that I already have a website that I want to trash. But I host with the same company that designed my site. I own a domain name. I can’t host with the guy I’m using now when I create a wordpress page. I want a “news” section, a store, a “links” section and a “media/photos” section. Pretty simple layout/design, mostly black, some grey and a little white.

Please… help me out!
