Can See Home Page – No other Link works

Hello,

I am brand new to WordPress and I believe I have installed it correctly as I can use the Dashboard and I do see entries in the MySql database. But I seem to be having a problem getting the links on my site to work, and at this point I am using just one of the free themes.

First my environment:

Windows 7
IIS 7
PHP 5.3.6
MySql V5.1.11
WP V3.1.3

I have installed WordPress under the following :

C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Mywordpress

Ok so my basic problem is that if I run my site with the following:

http://localhost/mywordpress/index.php

I get my Home Page, which is what I would expect. However if I click on any of the links on the home page I get a Directory Listing of site, that is a listing of the Mywordpress directory.

So I figure that I have something that is amiss with my configuration as WP is not locating any of the other pages within the site. I have tried for hours to determine what the problem could be, and I am sure it is something simple I have overlooked, but have not found a solution yet.

Can someone please assist me in solving this problem.
