    Hi,

    I’m testing your plug-in on variable products with options (colors) that the custom choose (large, med, small).

    The cart saves the product with the right variation but the options chosen are not stored. Is there a way to store the options so that the cart is identical to what was saved?

    I’m using Advanced Product Fields Pro for WooCommerce plug-in (https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-product-fields-for-woocommerce/).

    I have 3 product variations (by color).

    1) Customer selects product variation first
    2) Then selects option (using the above plug) to determine packaging.
    3) I save cart.

    The product in the cart is saved but no options are saved. If I click on the item (and try to load the cart), only the based product variation is selected with no options.

    One more piece of info… it looks like when I click on the link from the email (or paste from the clip), the page labelled “shared cart – xxxxxxxxxxxxxx” shows only the product variation. However, when I click on “load cart” I think the product variation and options are actually all loaded.

    So it seems like the information is being stored but just not displayed on the page.

    Hi,

    This seems like compatibility issue between plugins. I will try to contact the author regarding compatibility and will check if we both can do something regarding fixing this issue.

    However; there is no fix timeline for this to commit, but I will keep you posted of any update over this issue.
