    Hi

I like what I have with Registration magic, however I also have User Role Editor which allows me to create custom roles for my website. ie. Subscriber, Author, Admin, Teacher, Driver etc.

Is it possible Registration magic can have pre settings so the registerer would be automatically registered for that particular role?

This is secondary, but CMS also disables some functions in User Role Editor. Not so much a problem but it means I have to disable CMS before creating the roles in Use Role Editor and then switching it back on.

  • Hi,

Yes, you can configure a role to be automatically assigned to a form. This feature is available in Silver Edition. We are planning to integrate a built in Role editor for RegistrationMagic. It should be available in December.

Regarding the second issue, we’ll look into it right away and try to release a fix asap.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Ok, and thanks very much.

Anyways if anyone has problems with User Role Editor, they can try the ‘Members’ plugin in, I just did and it has no conflict with CMS.

Thanks and have a nice day.

Glad you were able to circumvent the issue.

Please take out time to post a review of the plugin. We want the .org version to be most feature rich and usable at the same time and have chalked out a long list of things coming in next few weeks.

Thanks again for using our plugin.
