Can "primary" and "social" be translated?

With newest Japanese translation, Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Menus, then I see “(現在の設定位置: primary)” under the menu title that is set to primary menu, and “(現在の設定位置: social)” under the menu title that is set to social link menu.

Can these “primary” and “social” be translated? (for example, “(現在の設定位置: メインメニュー)”, “(現在の設定位置: ソーシャルリンクメニュー)” )
