Can pop-up reappear on revisit, or less than 24 hours?

Hi,

I’m hoping to have a pop up reappear on each separate visit of the website.

I’ve set showing count to 1 and showing expiry to 0, but the pop up doesn’t show again unless I clear my cache.
I’ve tried showing count to 50 and expiry to 0, but the pop up then shows on every page even though that option isn’t ticked.

Am I doing something wrong here?

For now I’ve set expiry to 1 day so at least it reappears without clearing cache, is there a way to set this to less than 24 hours?
