Can people subscribe to a blog category?

Hello,

Currently I’m dividing my blog into three categories (ergo 3 different blogs) and using the category in the nav-bar menu to direct visitors the three blog topics.

However, visitors will want to subscribe to a specific blog (i.e. category) and I’m not sure how this will work. Is there a way for visitors to subscribe to a specific blog category?
