  • Hi, @jackiedubya. Is your browser auto-filling the login information on the form, or are you typing it in manually?

Hi girlieworks … I am typing it in manually.

There is only one pc that we can access our website on – no others will allow access … If this one pc that allows access has to be replaced then we have absolutely no access at all to our website.

First contact your host and find out if they are limiting access.

Do you have a IT Department. Ask them the same thing.

    Then try
-deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
-switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

alternative suggestion would be to add a new admin user directly into your database and see if that you can login to dashboard from a computer that you have never tried to access your WordPress dashboard from.

do you have access to your database (phpmyadmin)?

Read WordPress Login Trouble and try the suggestions in there. If you still have problems, come back and let us know.

Hi Kmessinger …. Access hasn’t been limited .. there are only the two of us who own the website and who should have access to it. I can not access from any pc my partner can only access the website from one pc …if he tries to access it from any other pc it wont allow him access with his log in credentials I can log in from the one pc using my credentials but from no other.
Tried deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem.

Hi Contentiskey … we have tried adding new admins and this doesn’t work either

is there any chance that your host is restricting access to specific IP addresses?
have you checked error logs for webhosting account?
are you using any security plugins or limit login plugins?

Did you read that link that I posted and followed along to see if any of those things were relevant? Please do so. Go through that entire checklist one by one so we can rule out these things.
