Support » Fixing WordPress » Can one create private, user-generated blogs within a WP membership site?

  • Hi, I’m new to WordPress. Here’s what I’d like to do: create a membership site where users can register to create their own private blog of sorts. I want to give users a limited set of admin controls accessible from the front end of the site: post responses to questions I’ve authored, edit their own posts whenever they choose, and print a collection of their own posts to pdf. I’d like to set things up so that each user’s posts are private – only viewable (after login) by the user who authored the post.

Questions: can this be done in WP? Where to learn how (recommended tutorials, books)?

Many thanks in advance for your help.
