• Hi,

after I start regular scan, when it’s finished I get message “Can not upload pack file for analyze”…
When I tried with “Enable advanced heuristic logic”, scaning is never finished – for hours and hours just going back and forward between 90%-100%…
    Can you please advice?
Is your plugin compatible with Wordfence?

    Thanks,
    Alex

    Reasons:

    1) CURL is not enabled on your server.
    2) Your website is very huge for analyze and free version doesnt support it

    What is your domain?

I have CURL disabled for security. Does this plugin absolutely require CURL and if so why?

Yes. you need to have CURL enabled. your website has to communicate with our server.

    Solution:
    1) Ask your hoster support to enable CURL for your website
    2) Change hosting company. Disabled CURL is not security solution. It creates more problems than protection.
    3) If you know that your website has a virus, you can order malware removal service and code analyze https://www.siteguarding.com/en/services/malware-removal-service we will manually analyze your website.

    Same problem on me …
I get a message “Can not upload pack file for analyze”
And a never finished scanning on another site

I use HostGator which have enable CURL by default.
And I also deactivate all other security plugins.

Could you give solution, please …

    Thank you,
    Sam
