    It’s an amazing plugin.

But unfortunately, it didn’t work for me as expected.

Mine is a multisite, and the plugin is enabled in one of the subdomain.
I am the super admin. I keep open the admin panel and its site. Once I click one of the Author’s “SWITCH TO” link, the whole page becomes empty and shows
“Oops! You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
But if I refresh the site I already opened, it perfectly goes to that particular author.

Since my admin panel is fully blank, I couldn’t “switch back”. If I log out the author logged in site, I could open the LOGGED OUT admin panel..I have to start over again by login again as admin.

    What goes wrong..
    My site uses PremiumPress theme.

    Any advise is much appreciated.

Hi, on a multisite install you should network-activate the plugin rather than just activating it on one site.

    Hi John,

I network activated the plugin, it remains the same. But one thing I found, at the bottom left corner of the site, I could see “Switch back to Admin”. Once I click “Switch back to Admin”, I could recover back to the actual Admin page.

In the same way, it works even without network activation.

Thanks for your wonderful plugin and support.
