# Can not start scan

 * When I try to start the first scan, there is always an error message:
 * An error occurred. Please try again.
 * I did not change any settings in advance. I tried to change the batch to 10 files
   per batch, but that didn’t help either. The website runs on Elementor Pro and
   Elementor Hello-Theme.
