That Plesk page says
1) hosting for this domain is not configured
or
2) there’s no such domain registered in Plesk.
Is your domain registered and pointing to your host’s nameservers?
Dear Michael,
This is the copy of the plesk page. Hope you can help me.
When I look in my config, all the my sql setting are correct. These settings are also visible at the server admin.
Maybe I missed something 😉

Personally, if I saw a message like this:
1) hosting for this domain is not configured
or
2) there’s no such domain registered in Plesk.
I’d want to talk to my HOST.
Hi Handsolo, thank you for your fast reply, but what to do next? What do you want to say with the answer?
I’m out of ideas for getting further.

My last sentence: Talk to your host.

Please review the procedures at Installing_WordPress.
Read carefully the part about creating a Database. When you create the database, the database user (and assign the password to the user) make sure you record that information as you will type that information into your wp-config.php file.
