Support » Fixing WordPress » Can not see Header or Footer on my Posts or Pages

  • Hi
I am using WordPress and Elementor Pro.
I have created a LandingPage, one customized sticky Header in TeamBuilder and one customized footer in Teambuilder. (Both with Condition to be used on the Entire site.) The LandingPage looks great and both the Header and Footer are displayed nice and working fine.

I have also created a Post-Template and then 4 Posts based on the template.
When I created the Post-Template I had som problems with the Header, the header was duplicated on top of the Post. When I marked one of the headers and deleted it, both headers disappeared and now I do not know how to get the Header back.
The footer has never been visible on the post page.

Now I have also created a Page-Template and this one is also missing both header and footer.

I have tried re-publishing both header and footer, but I can only get the footer and header to show up on the Landing Page, nowere else. I am probably doing something wrong, but I do not know what.
What shall I do to get the Header and Footer on all my pages and posts?

Thank you very much for helping me.

    Best regards
    Marina

Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://elementor.com/support/

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
