Can not modify header information – headers already sent…

    Hello everyone,
    I found this theme on WordPress Repository and love it. When I try to activate it, I get this error :
    can not modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /…/wp-content/themes/pridehost/inc/customize/customize_copyright.php:115) in /……/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 1144
    Someone, please help me.
