can not manage plugins nor see/access dashboard

    It may be Fast Cache but a combination of upgrade has blocked me from access to managing my plugins or access the dashboard or any of the menus used for editing the website.

    H E L P please, as it is tricky and the website is running alone without my control or management, now.

    Fast Cache blocks me from access to managing my plugins, dashboard or any of the menus used for editing the website.
    The website is now OUT of my control. This is NOT an advantage, as claimed!

    H E L P please, as it is tricky and the website is running alone without my control or management, now.
