can not login to wp-admin

    Hi all,

    I need help with what am doing because I wasted a week reading through the documentations and forums without getting any result. Here is my problem:

    1-I created a subdomain.domain.com in the cpanel

    with these details:
    Subdomains cts
    Root Domain .paaetonline.com
    Document Root Home/public_html/cts

    2-I installed WordPress using fantastico by choosing the subdomain.domain.com I created earlier

    when i try to visit http://subdomain.domain.com/wp-admin/
    I get this error:
    Server not found
    Firefox can’t find the server at subdomain.domain.com

    what am trying to do is as follows:

    I want my main wordpress to be in the subdomain I created and later I want to create a multi-site with the option of sub-directories

    Please help … please

    That means that the subdomain was not setup correctly, which can happen from time to time in cPanel. You’ll have to contact your hosting provider.

    Thank you James, I found the solution i hade to include the index page into the main root … And it did work!

    I really appreciate your help
