Can not log into multi site

I uploaded several new themes and they were not showing up and I went to Multisite, thinking they needed to be activated from there. I click on Multisite and it asks for a login. My regular login does not work and none other I can think of.

.htaccess does not reference my site (http://panampg.x10.mx/wp/). I wonder if it should.

There is a database password in wp-config.php that I do not have in my databases. When I try to change to that password I can not load the admin panel at all.

By way of background, I deleted a database in error. I had a backup but it was faulty and would not load via myphpadmin. I loaded an earlier database which had most everything, and I lost a few posts. Other than this problem I do not see any issues. I changed the name of the older database to match that of the one I deleted.

I can not think of anything else that might be of use. Thanks for any assistance.
