can not log in from tablet

i have only used my tablet with wordpress, and now my admin site will not load. the internet connection is strong and i can access other websites, but can not get the dashboard to show up. i can not post, or edit. i cleared out cookies, browsing history, download/tracking history, cached images etc. i have no access to my own blog and it’s been 3 days, no change. please help fix this
