    We have difficulty importing users. We checked. All these emails are valid.

    What could have gone wrong and how can we fix the issue?

  • This is a little old, but in case you or someone else is still interested, I would guess that your import file has the username in place of the email address, and of course it’s not a valid email address. The first field in each record must be username, and the second field must be email address.
